You can also write or paste your tip directly to our site. What constitutes a tip? Anything that you think can help to improve the performance of a track and field athlete or coach. It could be a training tip for event technique, event training, how to keep motivated, how to manage a track meet, a description of training drills, or anything else track and field related. The tips can be a short note you post in your email, an attached file like a word document, a pdf, or a video file (mpeg, avi). Trackandfieldtips.com will post your tip and provide an acknowledgement to you and your track program. It's a great way to publicize your Track and Field program and your expertise.
